Beads range from about 6x4mm to 7x4mm. These beads have milky to translucent bodies with a strong and consistent indigo-purple coloration. Expect some internal characteristics across these plain polished Iolite beads. Iolite's pleochroic effect is evident in many beads in the form of warm tan & grey color shift.
